Your CallSports intelligence

Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026. Last updated September 24, 2026.

This policy explains what personal information Your Call collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Your Call and its apps, Gridiron Call, Hoops Call and Fight Call, are run by DOUG OS INC., a company based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). We handle personal information under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1What we collect

2Payments

Stripe processes all payments. You enter your card and billing address on Stripe’s checkout page, and we never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us a customer ID, your subscription status and your billing country. Stripe’s handling of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

3Cookies

We use three cookies, set on yourcallsports.com so that they work across all three apps. None of them is used for advertising or tracking.

CookiePurposeLasts
yc_sessKeeps you signed in60 days
yc_entTells the apps which sports your plan includes30 minutes
yc_anonCounts the calls you make before you sign up1 year

4What we do not do

The apps do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5Email and the newsletter

Our email is sent from our own mail server, not through an outside email service.

We offer an optional email newsletter with a daily sports brief and news about new features. You are added only if you sign up for it yourself and then confirm by clicking the link in the confirmation email we send you, as Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. The mailing list is kept on our own server and is never sold or shared. You do not need the newsletter to use Your Call.

6Videos, images and outside links

Some videos in the apps are YouTube videos. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Video thumbnails in all three apps load from YouTube’s servers (i.ytimg.com). When a thumbnail loads or you play a video, your browser connects to YouTube, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that connection.

Team logos and player images may load from ESPN’s servers (a.espncdn.com and espnmedia-cdn.akamaized.net). When they do, your browser connects to ESPN, and ESPN’s privacy policy applies to that connection.

Fight Call links to ufc.com. If you follow a link to another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

7Where your information is kept

Your account information is kept on our own server. We do not use outside services to store it, other than Stripe for payments.

8Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. To delete your account, email calls@yourcallsports.com from the address on your account, and we will delete your account and sign-in sessions. Stripe keeps its own records of past payments under its own policy.

9Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to calls@yourcallsports.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10Security

The apps are served over HTTPS. Sign-in links work once and expire after 20 minutes. Sign-in tokens are stored in hashed form, and the plan and call-count cookies are signed so they cannot be altered.

11Changes and contact

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Questions about your privacy: calls@yourcallsports.com. DOUG OS INC., Ontario, Canada. See also our Terms of Use.
