Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and DOUG OS INC., a company based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). They cover Your Call and its three apps: Gridiron Call (football), Hoops Call (basketball) and Fight Call (fight), on yourcallsports.com and its subdomains. By using the apps or starting a subscription, you accept these terms.

1What Your Call is

Your Call is sports analytics software. The apps estimate how likely each side is to win a game or a fight, using past results and other sports data. Each call is a probability. It is not a guarantee, and some calls will be wrong. Your Call is for entertainment and information.

2Not a betting service

Your Call is not a betting, gambling or wagering service. We do not take bets, and we do not pay out money or prizes. Nothing in the apps is betting, financial or other professional advice. If you decide to bet somewhere else, that decision and its outcome are yours.

3Where Your Call is available

Your Call is offered in Canada and the United States only.

4Your account

You sign in with your email address. We send you a one-time sign-in link by email, and there is no password. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure.

5Free trial and calls

A new account gets a 14-day free trial of every feature, with no card needed. Because we do not ask for a card, the trial never turns into a paid plan on its own. Without an account, you can try some calls before you are asked to sign up. With a free account, calls (the pick and win chance for each matchup) stay free and unlimited. Deeper features, such as the reasoning behind a call, full matchup breakdowns, projected scores, live win chances and importing your own data, need a subscription for that sport.

6Plans and prices

Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars.

The founding price is open to the first 500 members and is locked in for life. It stays with your account, including if you cancel and subscribe again later.

7Billing, cancelling and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal on your account page at yourcallsports.com/account. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

We do not give refunds or credits for part of a month, except where the law requires it, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer protection law.

8The calls

“The calls” lets you post your own percentage for a game and compare it with our call and with your friends. It is free for everyone. There is no entry fee and no prize of any kind, and points have no cash value.

9Sports data and trademarks

Scores, schedules, statistics and other sports data come from outside sources and can be late or wrong. League, team, player and fighter names, logos and other marks belong to their owners. Your Call is independent and is not endorsed by or connected with any league, team, athlete or promoter.

10Fair use

Your Call is for your own personal use. Sharing a link to a call with friends is welcome. Please do not copy or resell the calls in bulk, scrape the apps, or try to get around the sign-up step or the paywall.

11The service and our liability

The apps are provided as is and as available. We may change features, and the apps may be offline at times for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12Ending your use

You can stop using Your Call at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

13Changes and governing law

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the consumer protection law of the place you live gives you more protection.
